Todd is co-founder and President of 1 Exec Street. His efforts are focused on business development, project leadership, strategic planning and growth of the company. Prior to co-founding 1 Exec Street, Todd was co-founder and President of Integral Solutions, a retained Executive Search firm that focused on building high performance teams of executives for leading companies in Industrial, B2B E-Commerce and Internet Infrastructure sectors. Todd has spent the past 10 years in executive search and executive assessment and development, completing over 500 cross-functional assignments in North America, Europe and Asia. His previous experience includes leadership roles in marketing and sales with GE and Mobil Chemical. Todd earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Fairfield University. In addition to his business interests, Todd's personal accomplishments include competing in the Boston Marathon, Hawaii Ironman Triathlon, Japan Ironman Triathlon and Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon.
