R. Todd Swinderman, P.E. is Chief Technology Officer and serves on the Board of Directors. A registered professional engineer, Mr. Swinderman holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois. He joined the company in 1979, became Vice-President & General Manager in 1984, served as President from 1987 through 2004, and as CEO from 1998 through 2005. |
