Todd Langel focuses his practice on agricultural law and litigation. He represents agribusinesses, including members of the feed, seed, fertilizer, chemical, livestock, biofuel and food industries, in contract, product liability, and environmental litigation, as well as various commercial transactions. He is currently involved in litigation venued in multiple state and federal courts, as well as arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA).
Todd draws from his background in agricultural business and finance, which includes experience in the agricultural lending, livestock production and marketing, seed and crop production, and the agricultural equipment industries. At the foundation of Todd's understanding of and commitment to the agriculture industry is his upbringing and involvement with his family's modern crop and livestock farming operation in northwest Iowa.
