Todd M. Schefler has been Executive Vice President - Development of Tarragon since December 2000. Mr. Schefler is responsible for the New Jersey development division - residential and retail. Before joining Tarragon, Mr. Schefler was a Senior Vice President at Burroughs Development Corporation in New Jersey overseeing the acquisition and financing of over 500,000 square feet of commercial properties. Prior to that, Mr. Schefler was a Vice President at Chemical Bank in the real estate merchant and investment banking division where he was involved in the financing of over $600 million of real estate including residential, office and retail properties nationwide. Mr. Schefler received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in June 1978.
