Mr. Wallach has over 20 years experience in strategic planning, finance and operations. He was previously Vice President of Finance and Operations and a founding member of the management team of Acuity Pharmaceuticals, a product-focused ophthalmic pharmaceutical company that leverages the emerging technology of RNA interference. At Acuity, he completed three private placements and three debt financings totaling over $24M and additionally helped to close multiple business development deals. Mr. Wallach has significant strategic, financial and operational consulting experience for both emerging and large companies through his work as a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Wallach is a member of the Institutional Review Board for Clinical Trials at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, a Masters in Business Administration from Rider University, a Masters of Science in Technology Management from The Wharton School of Business and School of Engineering and Applied Science and a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania. |
