Pitcher , 37, President, Secretary and Director - holds a B.A. in philosophy from the University of California at Berkeley and attended graduate studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara and Claremont Graduate School. Mr. Pitcher founded Comprehensive Communications, LLC., a business and professional services consulting company to provide emerging and development stage companies with administrative, financial structuring, mergers and acquisitions advisory services and business planning support. Mr. Pitcher currently holds board positions with a number of companies. Mr. Pitcher has several years of investment banking experience and was also Director of Equity Research at Equity Securities, a regional broker dealer. |
