Todd Helvie initially joined United Rentals in 2006 as vice president - tax and business development, and was named senior vice president and controller later that same year. His more than 18 years of financial management and legal experience include senior management positions for Fortune 100 companies of global scope. Prior to joining United Rentals, Mr. Helvie served as senior vice president and treasurer with Delta Air Lines, Inc. Preceeding that role, Todd served as vice president - tax for Delta and director of taxation for domestic and international divisions of PepsiCo, Inc. He previously practiced law with the firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where he specialized in tax matters. |
