Description of Practice:
Todd Whitman is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of the firm's Century City office. Mr. Whitman's practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis in partnership disputes and large scale contract disputes. He has represented numerous partners in breach of fiduciary duty lawsuits and holds significant experience representing commercial landlords with a variety of real estate disputes. Mr. Whitman has participated extensively in, and has resolved numerous cases through, alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Whitman was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1994 and is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Educational History:
Mr. Whitman received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with Distinction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1989 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California in 1994, where he was a member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the study of Business Organizations. |
