Mr. Siegel became our President and Chief Executive Officer in 1992 and has served as a director of MTS since 1986. Mr. Siegel served from 1988 to 1992 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of MTS and from 1985 to 1988 as Vice President of Sales. Additionally, Mr. Siegel served as our Secretary from 1986 to 1996. See "Certain Transactions" and "Employment Agreements." Mr. Siegel currently serves as a director of Halo, Inc., the Pediatric Cancer Foundation and certain other non-profit organizations. |
