Todd C. Schermerhorn Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of C. R. Bard Inc. joined the company in 1985 as a financial analyst. He has held a succession of financial management positions including Controller of the Vascular Systems Division Vice President and Controller of the USCI Division and Vice President and Group Controller-Cardiology.
Before being appointed to his current position in April 2003 he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Bard. He received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Lowell an MBA from Babson College and has earned the designation Certified Management Accountant.
He is a member of Financial Executives International the Institute of Management Accountants and the Association for Financial Professionals. |
