B. Todd Vinson is an associate in the Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including products liability and commercial litigation matters. Todd represents clients in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, including multi-district litigation and class action matters. He served as first-chair lead trial counsel in a trial involving commercial law claims. Todd has successfully prepared and argued an appellate brief before the Illinois Court of Appeals and numerous dispositive motions in federal and state courts. He has taken and defended depositions in multiple-defendant matters involving products liability and commercial law claims.
