Todd Warshaw has a proven track record for building professional teams in a broad spectrum of industries. His particular expertise is in finance and accounting roles, ranging from Manager to CFO. Internally, he plays a significant role in shaping Bell Oaks’ vision and strategy for providing superior consulting services to its clients and candidates.
Mr. Warshaw’s clients range in size from entrepreneurial companies to public corporations in industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, real estate, retail and technology, many of which have offices throughout the United States and internationally. He has established partnerships with his clients and assisted them in filing critical needs in numerous departments and at various levels throughout their organizations.
Mr. Warshaw joined Bell Oaks in 1998 as an Executive Search Consultant in its finance and accounting practice. After leading the firm in billings in 2000, he was promoted to Manager of the finance and accounting practice group. In 2002, he became a Partner and member of the executive leadership team. He currently serves on the Board of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS), a non-profit group representing the interests of the majority of recruitment firms in Georgia. For the past two years, he has held the position of GAPS’ Director of GEI Training in charge of scheduling quarterly training for all contingency search firms in Atlanta.
Prior to entering the executive search industry, Mr. Warshaw served as a controller for Private Housing 1996, the official accommodations division of The Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG). He spent nearly five years in this role where he directly participated in the planning and execution of the largest international sporting event in the world the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games. He is a 1990 graduate of The University of Georgia.
Mr. Warshaw is especially active in the Atlanta Jewish Community, and participates in the Big Brother/Little Brother program sponsored by the Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta. He lives in East Cobb, a suburb of Atlanta. |
