Todd A. Sachse is Vice President of Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services, Inc. He is responsible for many areas of corporate planning and administration of the company. In addition, he directs all construction related projects within the company. Mr. Sachse is primarily responsible for the management of multifamily properties while assisting in all commercial property management.
As an owner of Sachse Construction & Development Corp., Mr. Sachse has developed a loyal clientele of customers who require a firm that is world class in caring for its clients, in a variety of building categories, such as high-end retail and restaurant projects, renovation of vintage buildings, medical office and general office build-outs, build-to-suits and development and construction of multifamily projects.
Mr. Sachse earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 1985. Upon graduation, Sachse founded and operated several businesses related to property operations and maintenance. Mr. Sachse is a licensed builder in the State of Michigan. He resides in Huntington Woods, Michigan with his wife and three children and is involved in many charitable organizations, including the Jewish Community Center Board of Directors, JPM Committee, Jewish Community Center, Co-Chairman, House Committee, Real Estate and Property Management Committee of the Jewish Federation of Detroit (Liaison). |
