Todd is Managing Partner and Founder of Ropart Asset Management. He started his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette (DLJ) from 1994 to 1999. After leaving DLJ, Todd went on to become Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Blyth, a publicly traded home expressions company operating primarily in the home decor, seasonal decorations, and gift industry.
Todd serves on the Board of Directors of Genapure, Dimensions, iMergent, Heads and Threads, US Personnel, ViSalus, and PathConnect, and is the Chairman of Digital Traffic Systems. Todd received a BA in Economics and Political Science from Wake Forest University. |
