Tod Hutchinson has been Conducive's Chief Financial Officer since the company's formation in September 2001, and he works closely with Jeff Kennedy to set and implement the strategic direction of the company. Tod brings more than 15 years of corporate finance and operating experience to Conducive Technology. Before joining Sight & Sound in February 2000, he spent the previous two years at Metro One Telecommunications, Inc., a provider of enhanced directory assistance and information services for the telecommunications industry. As Metro One's Vice President of Finance, he was actively involved in the company's financial and corporate development activities, including a public equity offering and private debt placements. Prior to Metro One, Tod served as CFO for various start-up and early-stage companies. In addition, he has five years of venture capital experience with InterVen Partners, Inc., and three years of public accounting experience with Price Waterhouse, LLP. He is a former certified public accountant and holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. |
