As president of KDC, Toby oversees all areas of corporate development and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company including all regional offices throughout the United States. His responsibilities include strategic planning and new business development, and he manages all aspects of the development and financial operations for the company. Toby's experience with KDC encompasses more than 10 million square feet of office and industrial development as well as the development or sale of more than 3,000 acres.
