Experience
Ms. Green’s practice is primarily focused on civil litigation with a concentration on community association law and real estate litigation. Ms. Green regularly represents clients in all aspects of litigation, including mediations and arbitrations. In addition, Ms. Green’s employment and labor practice includes the representation of employers in disputes arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Ms. Green is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the George Edgecomb Bar Association. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers Division and Labor and Employment Law sections of The Florida Bar and American Bar Association. Ms. Green is also a member of the National Association for African Americans in Human Resources. Before joining Bush Ross, Ms. Green practiced labor and employment law with a boutique labor and employment law firm. Ms. Green is a regular speaker and trainer on workplace diversity and employment litigation prevention. Ms. Green was also the 2003 recipient of the Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in trial advocacy.
