Ms. Raiford joined Solidica in June 2005 as Vice President, Finance and Administration. She brings to Solidica a broad range of experience and know-how in financial modeling, corporate investments, asset and project finance, IPOs, as well as human resource management and talent development. Prior to joining Solidica, Ms. Raiford spent 10 years as Controller and Vice President of Nematron, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of industrial automation solutions. During such tenure, she was instrumental in corporate acquisitions, manufacturing expansion, capital restructure. Previous to Nematron, Ms. Raiford played key roles in banking, governmental accounting, as well as privately held companies. |
