Ms. Marzocca assists in the preparation of uniform franchise disclosure documents and prepares state franchise registration applications and filings, facilitates and administers the registration process, and tracks effective registration periods for franchisors. She also prepares amended filings, annual disclosure document updates and state franchise registration renewal applications and filings. For more than 15 years Ms. Marzocca held positions where attention to detail and accuracy prepared her to perform in her role for Francorp.
