Tina came to Bellingham Marine in 1983 as a member of the administrative staff following two-year tenure as a paralegal. Until 1995 Tina held administrative positions with BMI that involved estimating, inside sales, accounts receivable, and construction documentation. In 1995, Tina assumed the responsibilities of human resource management and contract administration for Bellingham Marine and was promoted to Manager of Administration. In 1998, Tina was promoted to Vice President of Administration and in 2003 became the Vice President of Risk Management. She is responsible for human resources, insurance programs, risk management, and contract administration for U.S. operations. She is a 1982 graduate of Cascade Business College. |
