Tina Sivinski is EDS senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer. She leads Global Human Resources (HR), Enterprise Risk Management, Security, and Global Real Estate operations in more than 60 countries.
Sivinski is also a member of the executive team that engineered one of the most comprehensive financial, operational and cultural business transformations of the past decade.
As a change agent in building a winning culture, Sivinski helped redesign and revitalize EDS’ global operations. She infused top talent throughout the company and implemented innovative recruitment, training, compensation/benefits, retention and career development initiatives that have directly contributed to EDS’ competitiveness and performance. These programs have engaged 135,000 employees serving clients in 43 languages.
Under Sivinski's leadership, employees completed nearly 3 million hours of technical training and reskilling in 2006 to drive quality, efficiency and client satisfaction. She was instrumental in launching myWorkLife a patent pending learning and development portal and expanding coaching and mentoring.
Sivinski assumed EDS’ HR leadership in 2002. She implemented leading edge programs for health, wellness, diversity, inclusion and work/life balance; published the EDS Corporate Social Responsibility Report, a nonfinancial annual report; and produced improvements in all Voice of the Employee survey categories.
In January 2007, Sivinski was named chairman of the board of directors at ExcellerateHRO, the jointly owned HR outsourcing business of EDS and Towers Perrin.
Sivinski is also strategic adviser for EDS’ Global Energy Industry, where she helps to accelerate growth and build investments in the nearly $1 billion sector. Initiatives recommitting EDS to a strong client focus and increased sales performance draw upon her more than 20 years of energy industry leadership.
Previously, Sivinski was president of EDS Energy Global Industry Solutions, directing a team of energy industry experts in relationships with clients including ChevronTexaco Corp., Eni Group and Impala Platinum Holdings within the oil and gas, chemical, utilities, and mining industries.
Sivinski is a magna cum laude graduate of Springfield College in Massachusetts and participated in Rice University's executive development program. Before joining EDS in 2001, she served as vice president of strategic marketing, sales and business development for Halliburton affiliate GrandBasin; corporate vice president of marketing and innovation for Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC); and vice president of Data General Corp. Sivinski serves as EDS’ Executive Sponsor of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and its worldwide races benefiting the fight against breast cancer. |
