Tim directs the architecture and design of software for the Xanboo Home Gateway products and their wireless connectivity solutions. Tim has over 20 years of industry experience designing and implementing real-time embedded software for data communications systems. Tim has held a number of positions, most recently he was one of the founding members of NetVision Inc. a startup that produced innovative mutli-layer Gigabit Ethernet switches and routers. When NetVision was acquired by NPI, a leading supplier of Gigabit Ethernet and FDDI multi-layer switches, Tim became Principal Software Architect at NPI. Prior to Netvision/NPI Tim was a Senior Programmer at IBM T.J. Watson Research center where he specialized in wireless networking protocols. Tim holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Cybernetics and an MS degree in Computer science. |
