Mr. Walsh is a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer of NoonMark Advisors. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Walsh served as a Managing Director and Head of Technology Banking at Lane, Berry & Co. Mr. Walsh’s previous experience includes Global Head of Technology Corporate Finance at SG Cowen Securities where he was a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. He also served as Head of the East Coast Technology Group at UBS.
Mr. Walsh has extensive experience advising public and private companies across a broad range of industries in the execution of financing and M&A transactions. Mr. Walsh specializes in technology and business services and his expertise extends to multiple sectors including technology services, data and information services, marketing services and software. Mr. Walsh received both a J.D. and an M.B.A from the University California Berkeley where he was a member of the Law Review and a B.A. magna cum laude from Williams College. |
