Timothy Pula brings more than nine years of commercial development experience to his position at SBER. His background has allowed him to manage all stages of the development process including capital and operating budgets, zoning, tax credits, permit negotiations and customer relations. Since joining SBER, Mr. Pula has worked on many signature commercial projects including the award-winning Bagby Building, featuring the redevelopment of a former 100,000 square foot manufacturing building into modern-day office space. Additionally, he handled the redevelopment of the Stieff Silver building. Another award-winning project, Stieff Silver is now a fully leased 85,000 square foot office building, which formerly housed one of America's premier silversmith companies. Mr. Pula is currently the lead on a large-scale, mixed-use, historic redevelopment of Clipper Mill, a five-building, 18-acre site that formerly housed the Poole & Hunt Foundry in the Woodberry section of Baltimore. When completed, Clipper Mill will host 92 condominium units, 38 apartments, 110,000 square feet of commercial space and 62 fee simple homes. Prior to joining SBER, Mr. Pula planned, managed and implemented the Annual Fund at the University of Maryland College Park. He graduated from the University of Maryland, and then received his Master of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, with concentrations in real estate and land use. |
