Timothy Elwes, 70, has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2000. Mr. Elwes also served as a member of the board of directors of Timothy Elwes & Partners Ltd., a financial services company, from May 1978 until October 1994, the business of which was merged into Fidux Trust Co. Ltd. in December 1995. He has been a non-executive director of Partridge Fine Arts plc, a public company since 1989.
