Oversees all aspects of development, from site selection and due diligence to land acquisition, permitting and construction, and manages a $500 million portfolio of real estate investments. Edmond is a 32-year veteran of the real estate industry and is the former president of St. Joe/Arvida Company’s development team in northwest Florida. From 1997 to 2004, Edmond helped lead St. Joe/Arvida’s strategy, concept planning, market analysis and master development plans for the company’s 1.2 million acre ownership in Florida’s Panhandle. He also served as president of the Florida Division of Town & Country Homes in Celebration, Fla. and was senior vice president of The Prime Group, a $2.3 billion multinational real estate development and services company in Chicago.
