Timothy Caulfield is the Managing Director of Global Operations. His responsibilities include: Service Delivery Technical Operations IDC Operations Customer Support Carrier Management and Program Management. At Cable and Wireless Tim served as Senior Vice President of Consulting and Hosting Services for the U.S. division. Previously Tim led regional and global operations for Exodus a web-hosting company that was acquired by Cable & Wireless in 2002. He also held business development operations and marketing positions with Gateway Computer and Sequent Computer Services a division of IBM. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a BA from Clark University in Worcester Massachusetts.
