Timothy Boroughs became Chief Investment Officer of ACE Group in June of 2000 with responsibility for the management of ACE’s Global Investment Portfolio, as well as supervising the implementation of operational strategies.
Additionally, Mr. Boroughs makes significant contributions to the company’s strategic investment practices and is considered one of the senior most investment advisors for the ACE Group of Companies. Leveraging more than 30 years of experience in financial services, equities and currencies, Mr. Boroughs has helped position the company’s investment portfolios for global growth.
