Tim Barker brings more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience in both public and private business sectors to RealPage. Prior to RealPage, Tim was CFO for etalk, a provider of enterprise class contact management performance solutions. While at etalk, Tim led the successful recapitalization, return to profitability, and eventual sale of the company to a strategic buyer. Prior to etalk, Tim served as executive vice president and CFO for F.Y.I Incorporated, a market leader in document and information outsourcing solutions, where he oversaw the financial operations and relationships with the investor communities as well as corporate information technology. During Tim’s five plus years at F.Y.I. Incorporated, the company successfully completed its IPO and grew revenues and net income in excess of 60 percent annually. The company’s market capitalization grew from approximately $50 million at IPO to approximately $850 million five years later. Tim’s prior experience also includes senior positions with Arthur Andersen LLP and Sunbelt National Mortgage Corporation. Tim has been a certified public accountant in the state of Texas since 1985 |
