Timothy W. Devitt is a Director at LECG. He is a registered professional engineer and a Diplomat of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. His management responsibilities have ranged from the direction of multi-million dollar environmental policy and litigation analyses to senior corporate officer responsibilities in leading environmental companies. Mr. Devitt advises clients involved in settlement and litigation of environmental and asbestos insurance disputes, and in strengthening their environmental management programs.
