Timothy S. Lowe serves as Senior Vice President Development for the Company. Tim joined CBL in October 2007 and is responsible for regional mall, open-air and lifestyle center developments, redevelopments and expansions primarily in the Midwest and Southeast. Prior to joining CBL, Tim worked from 1985-2007 for Westfield, LLC and a predecessor company in various capacities, including Executive Vice President Development. In that capacity Tim led the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic development regions with responsibility for development activity at 12 regional shopping centers |
