Tim Bland's practice of law centers on employment discrimination litigation. He also advises clients on employment law matters. He has represented clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and a number of other federal and state courts. Before joining Ford & Harrison, Tim worked for five years with employers on workers' compensation cases and employment discrimination claims. Tim is a member of the Memphis and American Bar Associations. He is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Memphis Metropolitan Hotel & Lodging Association and Memphis Restaurant Association. Tim is a regular columnist for the Tennessee Bar Journal. He has also authored numerous articles for national publications including HR Magazine and Security Management Magazine.
