Timothy R. Stevenson is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of Toxic Tort Law, with a particular emphasis in Construction Law. Mr. Stevenson is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Mr. Stevenson graduated cum laude in 2000 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History from Washington & Jefferson College, where he was a recipient of the James Clyde McGregor Prize in Political Science. He received his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003, cum laude, and was a staff member of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology, Law, and Policy. While at the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Stevenson also received a Certificate of Advanced Study in Health Law. Mr. Stevenson is an Assistant Debate Coach at Belle Vernon Area High School. As a Debate Coach, he has guided eight teams to the Pennsylvania High School Speech League state tournament. In 2000, Mr. Stevenson coached his team to a first place finish at the district tournament, qualifying the team to the national tournament. In 1999, he was selected as one of five judges for the final round of the state championship in policy debate. |
