Practice Emphasis Litigation Professional Experience Tim Mulliner is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Department. While attending the University of Nebraska College of Law, Mr. Mulliner was a research assistant to Professor Colleen Medill and a student attorney in the school's civil legal clinic, where he conducted depositions, argued motions, and represented clients at trial under supervising attorneys in various types of pro bono cases. While earning his law degree, Mr. Mulliner worked as a law clerk for a litigation firm in Lincoln, Nebraska. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a legal intern, and as the assistant program manager for a community rehabilitative facility for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.
