Tim Mayleben has been President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2007. Before being appointed President, Mr. Mayleben had been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NightHawk since January 2007. Prior to his role as COO, Mr. Mayleben served on the NightHawk Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Before joining the NightHawk Board in March 2005, Mr. Mayleben was a consultant to various healthcare companies. He also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Esperion Therapeutics, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company. Prior to joining Esperion, Mr. Mayleben was an executive with Transom Technologies, Inc., a simulation software company.
