Tim Kelley is a member of the Real Estate practice group, focusing his practice in the areas of land use, regulatory and lender litigation. He assists the firm in its national litigation representation of one of the largest national mortgage companies involving mortgage priority disputes, contested foreclosures, and mortgage fraud. Tim also represents developers and landlords in all types of litigation, including option and purchase agreement disputes, lease disputes and evictions.
