Timothy M. Herring joined the Stamford office of Cummings & Lockwood in 2007 as an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. Tim received his B.A., cum laude, from George Washington University in 2001 as a member of the University’s Honors Program, and his J.D., cum laude, from University of Connecticut School of Law in 2004. Tim was an editor of the Connecticut Law Review and a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board. He received awards for his performance in Administrative Law, Advanced Constitutional Law, and Fidelity & Suretyship, and, with teammates, won the David H. Neiditz Professional Writing Award for the best brief submitted in moot court competition. Tim is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Cummings & Lockwood, Tim was with the firm Chipman, Mazzucco, Land & Pennarola, LLC, in Danbury, Connecticut. |
