Timothy (Tim) Diassi is Executive Vice President and General Manager of UnicornHRO. Since 2000, he has been responsible for overseeing and advancing the company’s strategic direction, sales and account management, customer support, new business development and product enhancement efforts. Tim joined UnicornHRO in 1995 as a financial and human resources consultant and since has also served as the company’s director of product management. Throughout the past, he has been directly responsible for reshaping Software Plus from a software vendor to an outsourcing firm supporting the human resources industry with a suite of hosted payroll and employee tracking solutions. Tim holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
