Timothy M. Archer is currently the Senior Vice President of the Dielectrics Business Group. Since joining the Company in 1994, Mr. Archer has held a number of positions, including Senior Vice President, PECVD and Electrofill from October 2005 to February 2006; Vice President and General Manager for the Electrofill Business Unit from April 2002 to October 2005; Senior Director of Technology for the Electrofill Business Unit from April 2001 to April 2002; and Senior Director of Technology for Novellus Systems Japan from July 1999 to April 2001. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Archer was employed at Tektronix, Inc. Mr. Archer completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from the California Institute of Technology.
