Timothy L. Welke is Vice President of Business Operations for California Clinical Trials, and is responsible for day-to-day business concerns for the Northern Division sites. This includes advertising, facilities, leases, human resources, IT/IS, ancillary services (medical records, purchasing), budgeting/forecasting and real estate. Mr. Welke also works closely with finance, contracts, business development and CCT's Southern Division. He is currently based in Glendale, California. Prior to his current position, Mr. Welke served as Director of Operations, where he had operational oversight of California Clinical Trials in Beverly Hills, including supporting operations for International Clinical Trials, London, England. During that time he also assisted Worldwide Clinical Trials (WCT), now i3 Research, with facilities, real estate and ancillary support. Mr. Welke has enjoyed a long career at CCT, starting in 1992. His experience with patients, study protocols and the business aspects of the company make him uniquely qualified to establish and develop new business relationships across all regions. |
