Timothy L. Stanley is the Senior Vice President, MidCountry Financial Corp. and MidCountry Bank/President and Chief Executive Officer, Heights Finance Corporation. Before assuming his current position in April 2003, Mr. Stanley served as Corporate Vice President, Global Learning and Development for Wells Fargo Financial, Inc. While at Wells Fargo, he pioneered a new initiative for formalized, consistent education and leadership development. In 1980, Mr. Stanley began his career in consumer finance in various branch positions at Wells Fargo before a promotion to Vice President, Marketing and Client Relations, Technology (1992 - 1999) and Senior Vice President, Technology (1999 2001) where he also served as the acting president of Wells Fargo’s software sales and service subsidiary, Allied Business Systems (1999 2001). |
