Pro Career:
Drafted by Buffalo in the fourth round (109th overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft and played with the Bills for two seasons. Acquired by New Orleans in a trade with the Bills on 6/6/06 for linebacker Courtney Watson and was released by the Saints on 8/28/06. Signed with the Steelers the next day, but was released on 10/12/06. Re-signed with the Steelers on 2/15/07 and was released on 5/3/07 before signing a one-year contract with the Cardinals on 5/29/07.
2006: Attended training camp with the Saints and was released on 8/28 signed with the Steelers on 8/29 and appeared in the team’s season opening game vs. Mia (9/7) was inactive for the following three contests and was released on 10/12.
2005: Appeared in 11 games for the Bills, making three starts and catching three passes for 17 yards on the season missed the first five games of the season with a shoulder injury.
2004: Played in 12 games with five starts as a rookie, posting 11 receptions for 98 yards and two touchdowns appeared in his first career game vs. Jax (9/12), seeing time as the third tight end recorded his first career touchdown on a 12-yard reception vs. Ari (10/31) caught his second career touchdown in a start @ Mia (12/5) before suffering a season-ending knee injury.

Started 37-straight games while playing in 49 contests at Oregon State hauled in 98 passes for 1,346 yards (13.7 avg.) and nine touchdowns in his career as a senior in 2003, was an All-Pac 10 selection after equaling the total receptions for his first three seasons, grabbing a career-high 49 passes for 645 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior in 2002, appeared in every game as he continued to recover from a 2001 post-season knee surgery, catching 22 passes for 385 yards and a touchdown started in every game despite suffering a right knee ACL tear prior to the third game of the season as a sophomore appeared in every game on special teams in 2000 redshirted in 1999 appeared on Oregon State’s basketball team for a year, seeing brief action.
