Timothy J. Quinn, a partner in the Business and Finance Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, received a B.A. degree in history from Yale University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. He also attended Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland as a graduate student in history. His practice focuses on public finance, and he has acted as bond counsel, underwriter counsel, credit enhancer counsel and borrower counsel in all types of tax-exempt and taxable public finance transactions. Specifically, he has been bond counsel and has represented underwriters in airport, hospital, and qualified small issue economic development bond transactions, and has acted as counsel to indenture trustees and counsel to letter of credit banks in a wide variety of public finance transactions. |
