Mr. Lang has experience in performing analysis for Employee Stock Ownership Plans, fairness opinions, buy/sell agreements and other valuation purposes. In performing this analysis, Mr. Lang researches and analyzes public market guideline companies and merger and acquisition markets. He also conducts analysis on client specific industries and economic conditions that may affect client operations. Mr. Lang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance, with a minor in economics, from the University of St. Thomas. |
