Timothy Fraser is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Tim focuses on representing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors, in commercial and products liability cases. Tim handles all aspects of litigation and has substantial experience working with consultants and experts and drafting motions. His practice ranges from single-plaintiff matters to the defense of mass tort litigation involving such products as phenylpropanolamine (PPA), hormone replacement therapy and a homeopathic cold remedy.
In General. Tim graduated from Cornell University in 1994, with a bachelor's degree in government and economics and a concentration in international affairs. He obtained his J.D. magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002 and was a member of the law review. Tim was inducted into the Order of the Coif in 2004.
Tim is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and before the District Court of New Jersey, and the Southern, Eastern and Western District Courts of New York.
Tim is a founder and principal organizer of Miles for Matheny, an annual biking, running and wheelchair event held to raise funds for Matheny Medical and Education Center in Peapack, New Jersey. With its 10th anniversary event in April 2007, Miles for Matheny will have raised more than $1 million for the medical and dental care of developmentally disabled individuals throughout New Jersey. |
