Tim represents a variety of corporate and institutional clients. In recent years, his practice has focused primarily on project development and financing, including project finance and structured finance as well as mergers and acquisitions primarily in the energy (both upstream and downstream) and chemical business both domestic and international.
Recent projects include:
Development and portfolio project financing of five power generating facilities located in the U.S. having a combined capacity of approximately 4,000 MW.
Development and financing of a 5,000 ton per day methanol facility (the world’s largest single train methanol facility) in Trinidad
Acquisition and development of power generating assets in Central America
Acquisition, development and financing of U.S. wind energy projects having a total capital cost of about $400 million
Development and sale of a power generating facility located in New York state.
Development and financing of an approximately $1 billion LNG regas facility in the U.S.
Acquisition of oil and gas properties in South America
