He began his career in 1978 as Advertising Sales & Promotion Manager at Inter-County Broadcasting Corporation, a firm that owned and operated radio and television stations across upstate New York. In 1982 Tim moved to Roberts Advertising International where, as Account Supervisor, he supervised the agency’s largest clients in banking, insurance, consumer & retail, automotive & truck, professional sports, and fast food segments.
Founding Trainor Associates in 1985, Tim brought home his vision of building a national-caliber firm in the quiet setting of an attractive upstate community. He assembled an exemplary team of administrative, creative, and production professionals with major market experience. Sensing the current of the future, the agency from its inception has invested substantially in cutting edge information technology. A hands-on administrator and creative director, Tim still finds the time to lend his versatile talents to a variety of charitable causes, including the United Way of Central New York, the American Heart Association, and many local organizations benefiting children and the elderly. |
