Timothy J. Parker, a principal, served for many years as President of Carney Badley Spellman, P.S., and as head of the litigation section. He currently practices full time in the areas of civil litigation and insurance regulation. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and American Board of Trial Advocates. He has tried numerous jury cases in state and federal courts involving employment discrimination, defamation, wrongful death, personal injury, fire subrogation, and antitrust. He has litigated administrative contested cases before state agencies. Mr. Parker has been an invited speaker at numerous Continuing Legal Education and insurance industry seminars on the topics of discovery rules, legislative developments, and class action defense. Mr. Parker graduated with honors from Willamette University College of Law in 1978 and has had a trial practice in the Seattle area since that time. He has been named a Washington Law and Politics' Super Lawyer for each of the last seven years, including 2007. |
