Mr. Jorstad is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a recognized expert in financial accounting within the entertainment industry. He is the owner of a highly successful financial accounting firm in Marin County. Mr. Jorstad holds an MBA and began his career in public accounting in 1975 with a large, international public accounting firm, now KPMG. He has served as a receiver for the Superior Courts of San Francisco, Marin and Mendocino counties and is qualified as an expert witness. Mr. Jorstad was the Chairman of the Board of Business Bancorp, a $704 million bank holding company. Prior to that, he was Chairman of the Board of MCB Financial Corporation (Holding Company for Metro Commerce Bank). He was a founder of Marin Community Bank (name changed subsequently to Metro Commerce Bank) and served as a Director from its inception in 1989. |
