Timothy J. Feldhausen is a member of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group and is located in our Green Bay Office. Tim's practice is focused on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He regularly advises clients on organizational and operational matters, including forming and capitalizing start-up businesses, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. Tim assists private equity clients in fund formation and private placement matters. Before joining the firm, Tim practiced in the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. area, advising clients on a wide array of commercial transactions, including planning and structuring business entities, corporate governance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has also assisted clients on federal and state regulatory matters. In addition, Tim's experience includes service as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy, serving at sea on several warships and teaching history at the U.S. Naval Academy. Tim received his law degree from George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he served as Articles Editor of the Public Contract Law Journal, his master's degree from St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland, and his bachelor's degree in history with a minor in Russian language from the United States Naval Academy. Tim is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Maryland State Bar Association and District of Columbia Bar Association.
